2017 NARCISSUS COURT RECOGNIZED ON SENATE FLOOR

HONOLULU, Hawai‘i – The 2017 Narcissus Court was recognized during a presentation on the Senate floor. The Narcissus Festival was first held in 1950 to preserve and showcase Chinese Art and Culture. This year marks the 68th crowning of the queen and her court.
