The Department of Health encourages everyone to take preventive measures seriously. As with preventing the spread of any virus, the Department of Health recommends the following precautions be taken;
For healthy and well people, it is not recommended to wear a face mask.
Wash your hands with soap and water.
If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Stay home if you are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and wash your hands.
Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and surfaces.
And, get a flu shot.

And, confirms that there are NO cases of the coronavirus reported in Hawaii as this time.
